Our Role as a Travel Agency
Booking Intermediary
Airnexa acts as an intermediary between travelers and travel suppliers (airlines, consolidators, wholesalers). We do not operate aircraft, set fares, control inventory, or determine airline policies. All flights are operated by the respective carrier, and the contract of carriage is between you and the operating airline.
Fare Search & Access
We search multiple Global Distribution Systems (GDS), consolidator networks, and airline direct channels to present available options. Some fares—particularly "phone-only" or "unpublished" rates—are accessible only through our specialist-assisted booking process and cannot be displayed or booked online.
No Airline Affiliation
References to "major US airlines," "major carriers," "top airlines," or similar generic terms refer to the collective marketplace of US and international carriers. We do not represent any specific airline brand, and no airline logos, trademarks, or brand names appear on this website.
Service Fees & Pricing Transparency
Agency Service Fee
Airnexa charges a service fee for booking assistance, itinerary management, 24/7 customer support, and access to unpublished fare inventory. This fee is disclosed in full before any payment is processedand varies based on itinerary complexity, routing, and cabin class.
Fare Composition
Total price quoted by our specialists includes: (1) Base airfare set by the carrier, (2) Government-imposed taxes and fees, (3) Carrier-imposed surcharges (fuel, security, etc.), (4) Airnexa service fee. Baggage fees, seat selection, and other ancillary charges are set by the operating carrier and may not be included.
Price Variability
Airline fares are dynamic and change frequently based on availability, demand, booking window, and carrier pricing algorithms. No fares or prices are displayed on this website. All pricing is quoted by phone in real time and is subject to change until ticketed. Call for current pricing.
Third-Party Terms & Conditions
Airline Contract of Carriage
Your transportation is governed by the operating airline's Contract of Carriage, Conditions of Carriage, and applicable tariffs. These documents cover baggage allowances, check-in requirements, refund rules, schedule changes, denied boarding, and liability limits. We strongly recommend reviewing the carrier's terms before travel.
Fare Rules & Restrictions
Each fare has specific rules regarding changes, cancellations, refunds, minimum/maximum stay, advance purchase, blackout dates, and routing restrictions. Our specialists will communicate applicable fare rules at time of booking. Some deeply discounted fares may be non-refundable and non-changeable.
Schedule Changes & Disruptions
Airlines may change schedules, substitute aircraft, or cancel flights. In such cases, the carrier's policies apply. Airnexa will assist with rebooking options per carrier guidelines, but we do not control airline operations and are not liable for schedule changes or consequential damages.

Airnexa complies with all applicable US Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations for travel agents and ticket agents, including 14 CFR Part 399 (Advertising and Sales Practices), 14 CFR Part 250 (Oversales), and 14 CFR Part 374 (Public Charter Operations) where applicable.
